Searching for a Dubai city pass usually means one question: will a bundle save money, or are you better off buying tickets one by one? We have priced out the main attractions, and for most visitors the honest answer is that single timed tickets win unless you cram in four or more paid sights in a short stay.
There is no one official pass covering the whole city. Private sightseeing passes exist and their attraction lists change, so we do not recommend a specific pass here. What we can do is give you the real single-ticket prices to check any pass against. For a wider ticket overview, see our UAE attraction tickets guide.
Dubai Attraction Prices at a Glance
Approximate adult prices as of 2026. Peak slots (sunsets, weekends, December to February) cost more.
| Attraction | Approx. adult price | Book |
|---|---|---|
| Burj Khalifa At The Top (Levels 124/125) | AED 149 off-peak, AED 219 peak | Klook or GetYourGuide |
| Museum of the Future | AED 149 | Klook |
| Dubai Frame | AED 50 | Klook |
| Aquaventure Waterpark, Atlantis | AED 345 | Klook |
| Dubai Miracle Garden | AED 55 | Klook |
| Global Village (seasonal) | AED 25 | Klook |
Add up the first, second, third, fifth and sixth rows and you reach roughly AED 430-500 for five headline sights. A pass has to beat that figure, plus the flexibility you give up by tying every day to a fixed list.
When a City Pass Makes Sense
- Three-day first visit, packed schedule. If you will genuinely visit Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, a waterpark and two or three more, a bundle can lower the per-attraction cost.
- You dislike planning. One purchase and one app is simpler than juggling six QR codes.
- Families with older children. Waterparks and theme parks carry the highest prices, so the maths shifts in favour of bundles.
When Single Tickets Win
- Short stays. Two paid attractions plus free sights (the Marina walk, the Dubai Fountain, Al Fahidi) rarely justify a pass.
- Cheap attractions. The Frame and Global Village cost so little that a pass saves almost nothing on them.
- Seasonal gaps. Global Village runs roughly October to April and Miracle Garden is a cool-season attraction, so a pass bought in summer may include sights that are shut. See our Global Village guide and Miracle Garden guide.
- Timed-entry sights. Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future sell by slot. Buying directly secures your preferred time.
Attraction-by-Attraction Notes
Burj Khalifa. Sunset slots sell out first, often two days ahead in peak season. Our Burj Khalifa guide covers the 124th-floor and Level 148 options.
Museum of the Future. Entry is by timed slot and typically needs two hours. Details are in our Museum of the Future guide.
Dubai Frame. The cheapest view in the city, best combined with a morning in Old Dubai. See the Dubai Frame guide.
Aquaventure. The most expensive single entry on the list, and the one where a combined package with a shuttle can help. See the Aquaventure guide.
Miracle Garden. At roughly AED 55 it is a good-value half day when the flowers are in bloom, usually November to April. Our Miracle Garden guide has timing and transport tips.
Global Village. A low-cost evening out in season. Entry is about AED 25 and rides and food cost extra.
Dubai Hop-On Hop-Off Buses
Hop-on hop-off buses are the other thing people mean by a βpassβ. The Big Bus Dubai 24-hour ticket costs approximately AED 210-250 as of 2026, with multi-day tickets priced higher, and it loops past Downtown, the Marina area and Old Dubai.
Is it worth it? For a first morning it gives a useful orientation, but the Dubai Metro and taxis cover the same attractions for much less. Dubaiβs public C10 tourist route costs about AED 50 a day, and the Metro with a Nol card is cheaper again. We cover those in our Dubai getting around guide and the Dubai Metro guide. Check current routes and fares with the operator, or the Roads and Transport Authority{target=β_blankβ}.
Other Ticket Options
For broader UAE entry tickets (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah included), browse Tiqets UAE or Dubai tours on GetYourGuide. The official tourism board, Visit Dubai{target=β_blankβ}, lists current attractions and events.
A Simple Way to Decide
- List the paid attractions you really want, not the ones that sound good.
- Add up single-ticket prices from the table above.
- Compare the total with any pass price, allowing for the days it is valid and which sights are open in your travel month.
- If the saving is under about 15 percent, buy single tickets and keep your schedule flexible.
Pair this with our Dubai itineraries and plan transport before you book timed slots.
